We are pleased to currently have you as a subscriber and we look forward to providing you with years of quality internet service.
As we near then end of our first year in business, we look back and realize that we have learned a lot.
At this time we would like to introduce our new Online Account Management Platform.
Over the next month and a half we will be working hard to get everything setup for you to use
We are excited for what this system has to offer for our customers
We wanted to take this opportunity to outline several points about your service.
Online account manager available 24/7, allowing you to update your information anytime, anywhere.
We have new payment options. Several of our customers have been asking for the ability to pay via their checking account, and we are very please to announce that, starting next year, you will be able pay via your checking account.
We want to make sure everyone is able to get through the holidays with no hiccups in their internet service so we will begin to switch everyone over to this new platform starting on January 1st.
During January your billing anniversary date will remain the same as it has always been. However, the billing amount will be prorated to the end of the month. This amount will be less than your normal monthly bill and will follow the following formula.
If you currently have our entertainment plan for $99/mo and your account is due on the 10th of the month your prorated amount will be $67.06 (21/31*$99)
Starting on January 1st invoices for service for the month of February (1st-28th) will be made available in your online account for payment. Payment is due by 11:59pm January 31st or your account will be suspended.

It is recommended that you change you password upon logging in.
To change your password, click on “Change Login” on the right hand side of the screen.
You can view your current statements and pay your bill by clicking “Statements” at the top.
We will still be offering the same great speeds at the same prices as before, but now we will be able to provided you with better customer service.
